We want attendees to experience ELITE as intended. Serving chilled is strongly encouraged whenever possible.

Partnership Expectations

I understand that ELITE should be served cold whenever reasonably possible. *

I can provide at least 3 photos and 1 short video clip from the event. *

I agree to tag ELITE Energy if event content is posted on social media. *

I can include ELITE in event registration emails, newsletters, reminders, or post-event communications.

Additional Event Support

For select activations, ELITE may be able to provide additional event materials beyond product support.

Availability varies based on event type, location, timing, and inventory.

Agreement

By submitting this application, I understand that product support is not guaranteed. If approved, I agree to distribute ELITE to attendees, display the product appropriately during the event, and fulfill any agreed-upon partnership deliverables. *

Due to the volume of requests, not all applications will be approved. Priority is given to events that align strongly with the ELITE mission, audience, and partnership goals.

We prioritize partnerships that create a great attendee experience and meaningful opportunities for community engagement.
